Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on almost every item shipped within the continental US.
We typically ship within 1-2 business days.
A tracking number is sent to the email provided at checkout and is automatically generated when your item ships.
We combine shipping whenever possible. If you paid for expedited shipping on multiple items we can offer a discount on the shipping for the combined items. Normal combined shipping is full price for the first item and 1/2 price for each additional item. Please note that snowboards typically cannot be combined with any other purchase.
We ship via USPS and FedEx depending on the weight of the item and the destination of the shipment. Small items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage mail. All other items ship either Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or FedEx. Our free Economy shipping is typically fulfilled through the USPS for east coast shipments and FedEx for west coast shipments.
Delivery times supplied are estimates only and provided by the carrier.
Please note: Not all items are eligible for all classes of service. Federal regulations prohibit some items from shipping via air. We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather, work stoppages, civil unrest, or acts of God.
FedEx Delivery Restrictions: Please remember that FedEx does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and similar addresses. If you select expedited shipping, be sure your address includes a physical address or your item may be delayed until we have a proper address.
APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Marshall Islands, etc.
Lightweight items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
APO/FPO: depending on military mail and your location delivery times vary. FedEx does not ship to APO address, so we must ship USPS.
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via the U.S. Postal Service Ground Advantage. You must request a quote for priority mail to these locations. We will not ship to them at the standard upgrade cost.
If the tracking number shows that the item was delivered but you have not received the package, you should contact the postal service or delivery right away.
If a package is returned to us because the address you provided is not deliverable by that carrier, you will have the option of paying to have it re-shipped to an alternate address or to treat it as a return. We cannot refund or replace items that we do not receive. We recommend that you send all packages with tracking information.
We may split orders into multiple packages which may be delivered on different days;
Depending on the value or size of the package, we may send packages with a signature requirement.
